1. General Terms

• Spa Services: Pamper My Senses offers a variety of services, including massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness services. Specific details of our services are listed on our website and are subject to availability.
• Age Requirements: Clients must be at least 18 years old to book and receive services at Pamper My Senses. Minors may receive select services with parental consent.
• Health and Wellness: It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to receiving treatments. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe that the treatment may pose a health risk.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

• Bookings: Appointments can be booked in person, online, or over the phone. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee.
• No Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without notice, 100% of the scheduled service fee will be charged to your credit card.

3. Payment and Pricing

• Payment Methods: We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards. Full payment is due at the time of service.
• Pricing: All prices are listed on our website and may be subject to change without notice. Taxes will be added where applicable.
• Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in the service prices and are at the client’s discretion.

4. Gift Cards and Vouchers

• Validity: Gift cards are non-refundable. They cannot be redeemed for cash and are only valid for services at Pamper My Senses.
• Lost or Stolen Cards: Pamper My Senses is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

5. Client Conduct

• Respectful Behaviour: We maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for our clients and staff. Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services without refund.
• Personal Belongings: Pamper My Senses is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought into the spa.

6. Liability Waiver

By receiving services at Pamper My Senses, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages that may occur during or after treatments, unless caused by gross negligence on our part.
• You are responsible for consulting a healthcare professional before receiving any treatments if you have any health concerns.

7. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you provide will only be used for booking, service delivery, and internal marketing purposes. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

8. Changes to Terms of Service
